The Natural Cookery School’s approach to cooking uses foods that are minimally processed; whole grains, fresh local produce and minimally refined sugars.
The recipes are always plant based; vegetarian, mostly vegan or adaptable, with gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free diets easily catered for.
We strive to use organic ingredients and support local food sources, as well as selecting or adapting recipes to the season. Just don’t be surprised if you find pretty playful flowers on your plate! They’ll be the edible kind of course, either grown, foraged, or discovered walking with the dog.
