Take your culinary skills to the next level with a 3 or 5 day course
Hone your skills and become a natural in the kitchen on a specialist cookery course. Sessions take place at Erin’s state-of-the-art kitchen in Nailsworth, a beautiful market town in the heart of the Cotswolds.
On our courses, you’ll learn how to become a natural in the kitchen, cooking healthy and delicious plant based meals. You’ll master new skills and techniques that will leave you a more confident cook with a flair for seasonal dishes that are wholesome and full of flavour.

Please note that we cook on induction hobs, so do inform us in advance if you have a pacemaker.
The Natural Kitchen – 5 day course
Whether you’re new to plant based cookery or looking to broaden your vegan repertoire, you’ll gain confidence in the kitchen at Erin’s flagship five day course. This immersive experience is a wonderful week of hands-on cooking and eye-opening demonstrations, where you will learn to create delicious seasonal and organic meals.
Erin will share culinary and nutritional expertise gained over decades of working with food, showing you how to use proteins such as tofu and tempeh as the building blocks for delicious dishes; how to create fine foundations with plant based sauces and stocks; and demonstrating modern and traditional recipes from around the world.
You’ll learn more about why shopping seasonally is so important to health, and you’ll pick up professional tips and tricks that will help you become a natural in the kitchen.
Wellness Cookery and Yoga – 3 day course
Food and cooking are central to self-care and wellness, and this nurturing three-day course combines hands-on cookery lessons with restorative yoga sessions.
We’ll show you to how to use locally sourced, organic ingredients to create a selection of seasonal dishes to rebalance your body, and we’ll teach you about fermentation, baking and seed sprouting along the way. Erin will share her expertise in culinary skills, seasonal foods, and combining ingredients with care, giving you all the tools you need to embrace a health-giving diet that’s packed with flavour and goodness.
Our yoga sessions are run by Warrior and Wild, a Nailsworth-based yoga school with a focus on rejuvenation and empowerment.
