Cancellation by Natural Cookery School
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class dates and in the rare event that we do, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
If for any reason we cancel or postpone the class we will endeavour to rearrange the class on an alternative date within a reasonable period of time. If this is not possible, or you are unable to attend the class on a revised date, the full purchase price of the class will be refunded to you.
Unfortunately, in these circumstances, we are not liable for and are unable to reimburse any additional expenses you may have incurred in relation to the cancelled class.
Cancellation by You
We operate on a strict 21 day cancellation policy. If you find yourself unable to attend a class less than 21 days before the date of the class then you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
If you request a transfer to another NCS class of equal value of your choice (subject to availability), within 21 days of the class, NCS will endeavour to accommodate this request only if we are able to fill your previous class booking. No refund will be given.
If you cancel the class by giving prior notice of more than 21 working days from the class date, you will be fully refunded the fee paid minus a £15 administration fee.
Last minute cancellations: If you are unable to attend a class due to adverse weather conditions, illness or other personal circumstances our booking and cancellation policy will still apply. However, at our sole discretion, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates for a replacement class at short notice. We cannot guarantee that the alternative dates offered will be for the same class or even for the same day of the week. This applies equally to situations where you are unable to attend due to Covid.
Alternatively, if you would like to postpone to another available date of your choice, you will be charged £25 for an evening class and £45 for a day class. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
For 3 & 5 day courses: Amendments to bookings 21 days prior to the start of the course. If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 21 days before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. We regret that the course fees will only be refunded if we are able to fill your place. These rules apply equally to gift voucher bookings. For residential course bookings we suggest taking out travel insurance in case you have to cancel at short notice.
