We are living in extraordinary times, but hopefully it’s only temporary. Until we are able to function as a cookery school (and all meet again in the pub!) we bring you… Baker’s Bites!

Baker’s Bites is offering our delicious Meat Free Mondays meals for collection in Nailsworth and Stroud on alternate weeks.

Simply choose and order what you’d like from the weekly options below, and we will have your food ready for you to collect between 5.00 and 6.30pm at the following venues and dates:
Monday 13th July – Natural Cookery School, Nailsworth
Monday 20th July – The Crown & Sceptre, Stroud
Monday 27th July – Natural Cookery School, Nailsworth

NB: PRE ORDER ONLY • COLLECTION ONLY

  • All food is made with love and plants while adhering to all government guidelines concerning food safety
  • All packaging is biodegradable and suitable for oven, microwave and freezer
  • We will send you an email with all the necessary information you will need before the collection day
  • The food will need to be reheated.

Flavours of the Med

  • Dukkah crusted cauliflower with Greek fava – split pea puree topped with caramelised red onions, kalamata olives, herbs and harissa
  • Rosemary Focaccia (gf flatbread available)
  • Chocolate plum cake with cardamom cream and pistachio crumb (gf, contains nuts)

Monday 20th July- Stroud

Greek Getaway

  • Moussaka – roasted aubergine slices layered with lentil and tomato sauce topped with béchamel served with green beans with tomatoes and herbs (gf)
  • Lagana – Greek sesame flatbread (gf option available)
  • Baklava – pistachios, walnuts and almonds layered with crispy filo and orange blossom syrup (gf option available)

Monday 27th July- Nailsworth

Seoul Food

  • Gochujang aubergine (or sweet potato), with tahini noodles with sesame ginger tofu (gf option available)
  • Kimchi and mung bean pancakes with soy ginger sauce (gf)
  • Chocolate midnight tart with elderflower cream and berries (gf option available)
