Christmas is coming and we have some exciting things on offer for you! Choose from Festive Nibbles to a delicious Christmas menu for the big day, a gorgeous artisan cashew cheese selection or a festive hamper to spoil a loved one or yourself!

For years Erin has spoiled her friends and family with festive hampers over the Christmas season and now she’s letting you enjoy these gorgeous goodies too. All wrapped up in an ethically sourced branded jute bag. The hampers are all vegan, please specify for gluten free however some items may vary.

Collection from Nailsworth will be from arrangement 19th-24th Dec.  If you need it earlier, just let us know! We will get in touch after you place your order. If you live in Stroud, don’t be shy we can work something out, just let us know!

Classic Hamper £25

Apple spice granola – gently sweetened with maple syrup and apple juice, packed with nuts, seeds and sultanas
Beetroot and apple chutney – a staple in the Baker household every Christmas
Carrot habanero ketchup – not too hot, just the right amount of habanero for a delicious citrusy heat
Lemon and rosemary sea salt flakes – Maldon flakes flavoured with lemon zest, garlic and rosemary
Mulled wine sachet – spice bombs wrapped in muslin to make mulled wine or apple juice

Luxury Hamper £35

Selection of hand made vegan chocolates –
white and dark homemade chocolate truffles
Fermented cashew cheese – 150g of Erin’s mature style fermented cashew cheese.
Christmas kraut – fermented red cabbage and apple with orange and Christmas spice
The chocolates, kraut and cheese will need to be refrigerated until eaten.

 

Fermented Cashew Cheeses

If you’ve been lucky enough to have a taste of Erin’s cashew cheese, you know how absolutely delicious small batch artisan vegan cheese can be. Sold as a selection of four varieties or you can upgrade and get a complete cheese board with crackers, Christmas kruat and beetroot chutney.

The cheeses are made with organic Fairtrade cashews and fermented in small batches. Then flavoured for each variety and aged. The cheeses are soft set and creamy. The cheese will need to be refrigerated until eaten but will keep until 2nd January.

Festive Nibbles

Our festive nibbles range will be available for collection from Nailsworth Friday 18th Nov.  The nibbles, focaccia and dips freeze well to have on hand for the festive period. If you live in Stroud, don’t be shy we can work something out, just let us know!

Savoury Nibbles £15

Erin’s famous focaccia with beetroot muhammara and carrot hummus dips and crudités

Celeriac remoulade with cranberries, pumpkin seeds and thyme

Christmas Meal

Let us make your Christmas dinner! Perfect for those who don’t want to cook on Christmas and want to treat themselves to something special on Christmas or for those that have a vegan or vegetarian joining the table for the feast. The majority of the ingredients are organic and the vegetables are from Farmer Fred of  Duchy Organic just down the road near Tetbury.
The meals packaged in compostable/biodegrable packaging with reheating instructions.  For orders of 2 or meal items can be packaged as a meal or is separate dishes.  Collection will be from 12pm to 1pm on 24th December or by arrangement.

£42 per person with the cheese board

Nut roast crusted celeriac – whole roasted celeriac coated in delicious nut roast served with red wine gravy (gf option available)
Squash, mushroom and kale wellington – roasted squash, mushrooms and kale wrapped in puff pastry served with country-style cashew gravy (gf option available)
Served with the usual suspects – rosemary garlic potatoes, cumin kissed carrots and parsnips, swede mash, mustard glazed sprouts and Christmas kraut
For nut free main – the Wellington can be served with the red wine gravy upon request

Dessert

Sticky pear gingerbread, miso caramel sauce, cinnamon cream (gf optional available)
