Fermented Cashew Cheeses
If you’ve been lucky enough to have a taste of Erin’s cashew cheese, you know how absolutely delicious small batch artisan vegan cheese can be. Sold as a selection of four varieties.
The cheeses are made with organic Fairtrade cashews and fermented in small batches. Then flavoured for each variety and aged. The cheeses are soft set and creamy. The cheese will need to be refrigerated until eaten but will keep until 12th January and freezes beautifully.
Collection from Nailsworth will be from arrangement 17th -23rd Dec. If you need it earlier, just let us know! We will get in touch after you place your order. If you live in Stroud, don’t be shy we can work something out, just let us know!

Garlic and herb – the classic boursin style
Mature – nice and tangy for those looking for a punch cheese
Pink peppercorn and pickled onion – beautiful mix of peppery onion flavour
Smoked paprika and chipotle – deep smoky flavour with a bit of heat
Dated until 12th January, freezes beautifully.
Our festive nibbles range will be available for collection from Nailsworth Friday 17th Dec or Saturday 18th December or on the Thursday 23rd December. The nibbles, focaccia and dips freeze well to have on hand for the festive period. If you live in Stroud, don’t be shy we can work something out, just let us know! All of the food is vegan, please specify in notes for gluten free.

Let us make your Christmas main course! Perfect for those who don't want to cook on Christmas and want to treat themselves to something special on Christmas or for those that have a vegan or vegetarian joining the table for the feast. The majority of the ingredients are organic and the vegetables are from Farmer Fred just down the road near Tetbury at Close Farm. Collection is on the 23rd December.
