Trying to eat fewer carbs? For many reasons, many people are choosing a lower carb diet. Our Low Carb High Veg class will show you how to get to ropes by eating fewer carbs. The modern diet is riddled with simple carbohydrates that break down as sugar and create excess weight and bloating. We all love pizza pasta and rice, but sometimes we want something a bit lighter.
In this class, we will use a range of vegetables to create dishes that are low in carbohydrates but high in flavour, veg and protein. Learn how to use vegetables as a base to take the place of carbohydrates like rice, wraps, pasta, pizza crust and taco shells. The class will also be gluten and grain free. The workshop will end with a delicious feast of the recipes cooked.

Sample Recipes
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
