Looking for something a bit different than meat and two veg? Meat Free Meals is the class for you to see what has been missing from you plate. More and more vegetables are taking centre stage on our dinner tables. Learn how to create mouth watering plant based meals that are quick, nutritious and delicious. This class is for those new to plant based cooking cooking or seasoned meat free cooks that are looking for new inspiration. We will showcase seasonal vegetables into dishes that are full of colour, texture and world flavours.
- Black bean and brazil nut falafels with mint and mango quinoa
- Cauliflower wedges with herby chickpeas and tahini sauce
- Mushrooms and spinach with butter bean mash
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
