Fancy an evening learning how to make big bowls of brothy ramen made a side of crispy gyozas. Join us for our Ramen and Gyozas class and make two of Japan’s most popular dishes.
We will begin the evening by showing you how to make the dough for gyozas. Then we will make an umami filled plant based broth to use as a base for our ramen and prepare a variety of garnishes to add to our ramen.
The second part of the evening will finish the gyozas. We will teach you make a delicious filling, then show you how to roll out, shape and cook the gyozas. This class is not suitable for gluten free.
Sample Recipe
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
