In our Korean cooking class\, you will learn how to create Korean inspired plant based recipes at home. We will make Bibimbap\, the original buddha bowl full of crunchy vegetables\, sesame rice\, pickles and marinated tofu and seasoned spinach. No Korean class would be complete without a kimchi demonstration\, we will use mature kimchi to make pancakes to pile on our plate.
