Join us for our Ramen and Gyozas class and make two of Japan’s most popular dishes. \nWe will begin the evening by showing you how to make the dough for gyozas. Then we will make an umami filled plant based broth to use as a base for our ramen and prepare a variety of garnishes to add to our ramen. \nThe second part of the evening will finish the gyozas.  We will teach you make a delicious filling\, then show you how to roll out\, shape and cook the gyozas.
