DESCRIPTION:Food and cooking are central to self-care and wellness\, and this nurturing three-day course combines hands-on cookery lessons with restorative yoga sessions. \nWe’ll show you to how to use locally sourced\, organic ingredients to create a selection of seasonal dishes to rebalance your body\, and we’ll teach you about fermentation\, baking and seed sprouting along the way.
