DESCRIPTION:What we eat has a major effect on our health and wellbeing.  In this Nutrition and Cooking For Health class\, we will cover how to improve your diet to help with gut health\, boost your immune system\, improve your digestion and help with changes we experience as we get older including menopause and fatigue.  Discover how small changes in how you eat can make a difference in how you are feeling.  We will have Lucy Kidson\, our in house nutritionist\, to guide us through the educational aspects of why and how to improve your well health through food then head to the kitchen to put it into practice. \nBy giving your meals a healthy overhaul with revitalizing menu choices your health will be boosted.  Cooking is a form of nurturing\, self care\, and mindfulness and is one of the first steps toward optimum health and wellbeing. Taking time to prepare healthy meals that taste good does so much more than feed you.  It boosts self-confidence\, it can build bonds cooking with another and it helps keep you in the moment.
