DESCRIPTION:Kids in the kitchen Katsu Curry & Dumplings class!  Young people ages 10-16 join us in the kitchen to make a delicious 3 course meal. Gorgeous Japanese gyoza dumplings with a soy ginger dipping sauce to start\, then katsu currry (don’t worry\, it doesn’t have to be spicy) and then chocolate brownies to finish. Teens can easily recreate this meal or parts at home with a little help with shopping. We will cover knife skills\, baking and roasting techniques and kitchen hygiene!  Teens will be encouraged to use their creativity in the kitchen. \nSample Recipes: \n\nKatsu curry\nJapanese gyoza dumplings\nDipping Sauce\nBrownies\n\nImportant stuff: All children are dropped off and left with us for the duration of the class.   Please let us know if they have any specific food requirements\, health or educational needs so we can offer the best possible experience for them. Our kids cooking classes are a fun and safe environment\, this class will have up to 10 children attending\, so they are noisy and busy.
