Tofu has been enjoyed throughout history for thousands of years by many cultures and we absolutely love it.  From crispy tofu bites to silky tofu mousse\, it is a very versatile ingredient that is high in protein\, lean in fat\, and has no cholesterol. Learn how to create flavour and texture to make tofu delicious. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made of fermented soya beans. It has a firmer texture than tofu and is easier to digest. It lends itself to flavourful marinades and crispy textures.
