One on One Cookery Lessons
Chef Erin Baker is available for one to one (or two) cookery lessons at her state-of-the-art kitchen in Nailsworth, near Stroud.
Summer 2021 Special
2 hour session for 1 or 2 people for £250 and £50 extra per person
4 hour session for 1 or 2 people and £350 £50 extra per person
This includes ingredients, equipment, the food created and recipe packs to keep. Further charges may apply for travel fees and longer sessions.

Private cookery lessons are a great way to learn new skills at your own pace with the help of an experienced chef. Whether you are looking to hone your cooking skills and take them to the next level, embrace a plant based diet or focus on specific dietary needs, the lesson can be bespoke with your needs in mind. Erin has a background in therapeutic healing through whole foods and has a conscientious approach to cooking and sourcing ingredients.
One-on-one cookery lessons can be designed to meet each individual case, whether it is simply a gift to spoil a friend/family member or a recent diagnosis of food allergens where help is needed creating foods that you can enjoy. Recipes are created for you based around your skills, dietary needs and personal tastes.
As well as a foundation for cooking, you’ll learn how to incorporate new foods and flavours into your diet, and find out some top professional chef tips and tricks!
