Christmas is coming and we have some exciting things on offer for you! Choose from Festive Nibbles to delicious Christmas mains for the big day or a gorgeous artisan cashew cheese selection.

Fermented Cashew Cheeses
Fermented Cashew Cheese
If you’ve been lucky enough to have a taste of Erin’s cashew cheese, you know how absolutely delicious small batch artisan vegan cheese can be. Sold as a selection of four varieties.
The cheeses are made with organic Fairtrade cashews and fermented in small batches. Then flavoured for each variety and aged. The cheeses are soft set and creamy. The cheese will need to be refrigerated until eaten but will keep until 12th January and freezes beautifully.
Cashew Cheese Box £32
125g of each
Garlic and herb – the classic boursin style
Mature – nice and tangy for those looking for a punch cheese
Pink peppercorn and pickled onion – beautiful mix of peppery onion flavour
Smoked paprika and chipotle – deep smoky flavour with a bit of heat
Dated until 12th January, freezes beautifully.

The nibbles, focaccia and dips freeze well to have on hand for the festive period. If you live in Stroud, don’t be shy we can work something out, just let us know! All of the food is vegan, please specify in notes for gluten free. Last date to order is 18h December.

- Brussels sprouts and leek pakoras with tamarind chutney (gf)

Let us make your Christmas main course! Perfect for those who don’t want to cook on Christmas and want to treat themselves to something special on Christmas or for those that have a vegan or vegetarian joining the table for the feast. The majority of the ingredients are organic and the vegetables are from Farmer Fred just down the road near Tetbury at Close Farm.
The menu is vegan, please specify for gluten free in notes when checking out.
Christmas Mains and Desserts
Tofu roast – delicious tofu roast filled with sage and onion stuffing (gf option available)
Squash, mushroom and kale wreath – roasted squash, mushrooms and kale wrapped in filo pastry
(gf option available, but it will not be a wreath, it will be a wellington)
Cashew Miso Gravy rich and savoury vegan gravy that ticks all of the boxes 500m
Chocolate Midnight Tart – rich dark chocolate ganache tart with cashew shortbread crust, vanilla cream, maple almond praline, and raspberry coulis (gf available) 20cm/8nch serves 8-10
