Ethiopian food is now becoming recognised for its depth of flavour and richness found in the dishes. Eating vegetarian and vegan in Ethiopia is very common due to fasting days thus creating a vast selection of delicious plant based dishes. Tofu has been enjoyed throughout history for thousands of years by many cultures and we absolutely love it.  From crispy tofu bites to silky tofu mousse\, it is a very versatile ingredient that is high in protein\, lean in fat\, and has no cholesterol. Learn how to create flavour and texture to make tofu delicious. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made of fermented soya beans. It has a firmer texture than tofu and is easier to digest. It lends itself to flavourful marinades and crispy textures.
