
Batch Cooking – One Base, Many Meals

Like the idea of batch cooking but don’t want to make eat the same meal every night? In our One Base, Many Meals cookery class, you’ll discover how to make a versatile tomato-based stew that can be transformed into at least six delicious, healthy dishes.
This nourishing base freezes beautifully, as do the meals you’ll create from it — giving you your own stash of unprocessed, plant-based “ready meals” that are both convenient and satisfying.
By the end of the class, you’ll not only have a set of adaptable recipes, but also the skills to batch cook smarter, save time, and keep mealtimes varied and exciting.

Natural Cookery School Classes
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.
