Summer is made for colourful plates of salad, moorish dips and easy flatbreads. In this evening class, we will explore a variety of simple seasonal salads that are healthy, delicious and a snap to make. You will learn the basics of composing a salad, delicious dressings and special little sprinkles that are the perfect finishing touch. These salads are complete enough to eat as a meal, bring along to a bbq or pair with summer favourites. We will also create a couple of delicious because everyone loves a good dip! And what use is a good dip without a healthy flatbread to mop it up with?
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work by yourself unless you are coming with someone in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
