Thai and Vietnamese flavours are always a hit. Rich coconut milk curries, spicy salads, and famous noodle dishes set Thai and Vietnamese cuisine apart from the rest of the food world. These southeast Asian flavours are easy to create once you learn a few tricks and discover new ingredients.
Our Thai and Vietnamese cookery class will provide you with a foundation for using southeast Asian ingredients including lemongrass, fermented radish, lime leaves, galangal and chillies as well as techniques and cooking styles to create fantastic meals at home.
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work by yourself unless you are coming with someone in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
