About Natural Cookery School
The Natural Cookery School’s approach to cooking uses foods that are minimally processed; whole grains, fresh local produce and minimally refined sugars.
The recipes are always plant based; vegetarian, mostly vegan or adaptable for a vegan diet, with gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free diets easily catered for too.
We strive to use organic ingredients and support local food sources, as well as selecting or adapting recipes to the season. Just don’t be surprised if you find pretty playful flowers on your plate! They’ll be the edible kind of course, either grown, foraged, or discovered walking with the dog.
Our aim is to transfer our knowledge, skills, and approach to help inspire healthy, flavoursome cooking at home. To create naturals in the kitchen.
Erin comes from a line of traditional home cooks. Born and bred in a small rural town in New Hampshire Erin would happily bang pots and pans as she watched her Mum in the kitchen.
