December Supper Club
It’s time for another supper club! Join us at Natural Cookery School in our cosy dining room for a deliciously local summer themed 5 course tasting menu of seasonal small plates. Gluten free and other dietary options are available, just let us know if you can’t eat something or if you really don’t like something and we will make a special plate just for you! A glass of something special on arrival and otherwise BYOB!
December Supper Club
Parsnip croquettes, preserved lemon creme fraiche, zough
Turnip veloute petite pois, pea shoots tamari roasted seeds
Roasted squash, braised kale, white bean purée, crispy sage leaves and hazelnuts
Fermented cashew cheese, chilli jam and carrot flax crackers
Baklava stuffed pear, bay ice cream, cardamom caramel
Welcome drinks at 7pm
BYOB after that
We should wrap it up about 10pm

Natural Cookery School Classes
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.
