Popular for it’s noodles and rice dishes, Korean food is a favourite of many, but hard to find for some. In our Korean cooking class you will Learn how to create Korean inspired plant based recipes at home. We will make Bibimbap, the original buddha bowl full of crunchy vegetables, sesame rice, pickles and marinated tofu and seasoned spinach. No Korean class would be complete without a kimchi demonstration, we will use mature kimchi to fill dumplings and pile on our plate. We will also cover ingredients unique to Korean cooking and where to source them.
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
