Masala Dosas
Dosas are a southern Indian treat, if you have had one then you know what we are talking about. These thin crepes are made from a fermented pulse and rice batter that is natural gluten free. Dosas are usually served filled with beautifully spiced masala potatoes, fresh coconut chutney and rasam which is a lentil based curry.
Our Masala Dosa class will show you how the batter is made, tips for fermenting in our mild English climate and how to cook the crepes. You will also make the potato filling and sambar. This cookery class is not to be missed!

Natural Cookery School Classes
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.
