Oodles of Noodles

Everyone loves noodles! Spend the evening learning to create oodles of noodle bowls that are fresh, healthy and bursting with flavour. Traditional regional dishes with a local veggie twist. We will focus on taste, nutrition and speed to arm you with a repertoire of healthy dishes for quick meals when you need them.

- Japchae – Korean sweet potato noodles with sesame, spinach and sprouting broccoli
- Singapore noodles – stir fried vegetables, water chestnuts and cashews with rice vermicelli
- Japanese ramen with shiitake mushrooms, glazed carrots, edamame and miso broth
- Pad Thai – Thai rice noodles with tofu, tamarind sauce, with bean sprouts and crunchy peanuts
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
