Join us for a fun-filled evening learning how to make perfect pasta with our Pasta and Gnocchi cookery class. Roll up your sleeves and get ready for the hands on class making pasta favourites and seasonal sauces to accompany. Discover the secret to light fluffy pillows of fresh gnocchi, conquer the perfect pasta dough and learn how to shape and fill ravioli.
Everyone loves pasta and making it from scratch makes it even better! Master the techniques of making pasta dough and how to shape pasta with and without a pasta machine. We will also make seasonal sauces to accompany our pasta. This class is not suitable for gluten free or wheat free diets.
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.
