Plant based recipes that are healthy, quick and delicious. We all have a lot on our plate in life, this class will help you make nutritious, delicious meals without spending hours in the kitchen. Wholesome grains, seasonal veg and lots of flavour are the key ingredients to delivering a quick meal. Nutritious foods paired with seasonal veg, crunchy nuts and seeds all tied together with a delicious sauce or dressing. We will cover steps to save time, make recipes versatile and use up ingredients on hand.
- Charred cauliflower wedges with herby quinoa and tahini dressing
- Roasted beetroot and shallots with puy lentils and hazelnuts
- Sesame tofu with rice noodles and Asian slaw
- Sweet potato and kale rosti with chipotle black beans and smashed avocado
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
