This immersive experience is a wonderful week of hands-on cooking and eye-opening demonstrations, where you will learn to create delicious seasonal and organic meals.
Erin will share culinary and nutritional expertise gained over decades of working with food, showing you how to use proteins such as tofu and tempeh as the building blocks for delicious dishes; how to create fine foundations with plant based sauces and stocks; and demonstrating modern and traditional recipes from around the world. You’ll learn more about why shopping seasonally is so important to health, and you’ll pick up professional tips and tricks that will help you become a natural in the kitchen.

Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.
