Party season is upon us and we have just the class to get you in the mood. These festive canapes are great sharing at festive gatherings or even as part of the celebrations from Christmas to New Year. Seasonal vegetables all dressed up in sparkles. We will show you how to prep in advance so these tasty morsels can be

- Parsnip and horseradish pate on rosemary oatcakes with pickled shallots
- Cashew cream cheese baubles with za’tar flatbreads
- Kale pakora with coconut coriander chutney
- Sesame beetroot wedges with miso tahini dip
- Brussel sprout and shiitake gyozas with soy ginger sauce
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
