A Very Vegan Christmas

Christmas is coming and we love to show you how amazing A Very Vegan Christmas can be. Learn how to create delicious festive plant based recipes that are bound to impress. This class will give you confidence in the kitchen creating a decadent veggie/vegan Christmas meal for yourself or friends and family members joining you for the feast. We will create two main dishes that can serve as a centre piece for the big feast accompanied by finger licking gravy. We will also make decadent seasonal pudding, dishes that can be used as canapes or starters, and all the usual suspects.
- Beetroot rosti with horseradish creme fraiche
- Brussels sprout and shiitake dumplings with soy ginger dipping sauce
- Squash, mushroom and kale filo wreath>
- Nut roast crusted baked celeriac
- Rich onion gravy
- all the usual suspects on the side
- Sticky pear gingerbread cake with vanilla ice cream
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
