Be inspired by the flavours of Spain with an evening Spanish Tapas class. In this class we will cover a range of authentic Spanish tapas inspired by the season and it’s produce. These recipes are best enjoyed in the garden with the last of the summer sun and a jug of sangria! From moreish crispy aubergine to spicy potatoes, bold and zippy roasted romesco sauce and a vegetable based version of the classic rice dish paella.
- Potatoes bravas
- Espinacas con garbanzos (chickpeas with spinach)
- Alioli – creamy garlic and olive oil sauce
- Charred baby leeks with romesco sauce
- Vegetable paella – saffron rice with olives and artichoke hearts
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
