Natural Cookery School Classes

Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.

All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.

Please see our Terms & Conditions for last minute cancellations.

I've just arrived back in London, absolutely buoyed up after a wonderful week with Erin and her crew. I attended the 5-day plant-based cookery course which was so much more than I imagined it to be. The meals that we created from scratch under Erin's tutelage were aromatic, colourful, tasty and formed the basis of the little lunch club myself, Susan and Suzanne very quickly established. We received all the recipes in hard copy with folders to put them in and were provided with boxes, bags and jars to take our leftovers home in. Everything about this course is geared up for maximum learning, enjoyment and convenience, and is conducted at a pace that suits all levels of expertise. Erin, an accomplished chef, tutor and author of a must-have recipe book is warm, approachable, fun to be with and so generous with her knowledge, dishing out tips, hacks and advice like confetti at a wedding. Just GRATITUDE 🐾🌱💞

I went to the vegan cheese making course last weekend and came away with not only delicious cheeses but hints, tips and inspiration. The class was fun, well organised and no one gets left behind. Don't worry about going on your own - it's very friendly and a small group. The lunch was amazing as was the cheese board later :) Big thanks to Erin and her staff 😀

I had an exceptionally interesting day learning how to make Vegan Cheese. Whilst I am not Vegan myself the whole experience was stimulating, with good company and a great instructor. I would recommend this course to anyone with an interest in food, it is well worth the time spent and the course fees which include a very acceptable lunch in nice surroundings.

I had a gift voucher bought for me for this cooking school and it has been brilliant. I booked an evening class with Erin learning how to make bao buns. Not only did you learn the practicalities of making them with delicious vegetarian fillings, but you also get introduced to a range of Asian ingredients. It was a great way to spend an evening. I learnt loads, had a delicious dinner (with left overs) and came away with new enthusiasm for making some Asian dinners at home! I’ve already booking into another evening class in a few months time. Can’t wait!

I went to the vegan Indian cookery evening. It was so much fun! Erin took us through each dish step by step and we cooked along with her. At the end of the evening we all sat down together and ate what we’d made. It was delicious! And we took the leftovers home. Excellent. I cant wait to do it again!

The 5 day vegan cookery course with Erin last week was fabulous! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about plant based cookery. Erin will inspire you, whatever your level of previous experience in the kitchen. With her wonderful team supporting her, Erin is bursting with enthusiasm and knowledge, and I have come home excited to try out new recipes and ingredients. Working alongside a lovely group of people, the atmosphere was relaxed and every meal was a delicious one!
