Learn to create Asian street food with an explosion of flavours, tastes and aromas. These authentic local treats balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy in perfect harmony.
After taking this class, you’ll be able to reproduce these uniquely delicious skewers, noodles and dumplings in your own home. We will discuss how to source ingredients or suitable substitutes that help make these dishes truly authentic. These dishes are perfect for parties or can be put together for a meal of small plates.
- Japanese Gyoza Dumplings with sesame ginger sauce
- Erin’s famous pad Thai
- Malaysian satay
- Samosas with tamarind chutney and mint chutney
- Vietnames rice paper rolls with lime and chilli dipping sauce
- Banana fritters
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
