Baker’s Bites!

Baker’s Bites is offering our delicious Meat Free Mondays meals for collection in Nailsworth and Stroud every week.

Once a month or so we are also offering Street Food Fridays! Next date is 27th March for Asian Street Food, head over to the page to see what’s on offer.

Simply choose and order what you’d like from the weekly options below, and we will have your food ready for you to collect between 5.00 and 6.00pm at either the Crown and Sceptre in Stroud or Natural Cookery School in Nailsworth

NB: PRE ORDER ONLY • COLLECTION ONLY

  • All food is made with love and plants while adhering to all government guidelines concerning food safety
  • All packaging is biodegradable and suitable for oven, microwave and freezer
  • We will send you an email with all the necessary information you will need before the collection day
  • The food will need to be reheated.

Monday 10th May

Japanese-ish

  • Vegetable Katsu Curry vegetables in crispy panko breadcrumbs with aromatic katsu sauce, sticky white rice, fresh salad and Japanese pickles (gf option available)
  • Okonomiyaki – Japanese fritter style cabbage pancake served with sweet and rich umami packed bull dog sauce(gf option available)
  • Matcha white chocolate tart with strawberries(gf option available)Each menu item servers one, generously.

The Italian Job

  • Creamy white bean ragout with spring vegetables, sun dried tomato polenta, spring herb pesto and crispy salad (gf)
  • Rosemary Focaccia Erin’s famous rosemary focaccia or her damn good gluten free version (gf option available)
  • Tiramisu Erin’s version of the Italian classic. Vanilla sponge soaked in boozy coffee kombucha with coconut mascarpone and sprinkled with cacao. (gluten free option available)

Moroccan Nights

  • New potato, spinach and chickpea tagine with olives and preserved lemons, lemon and almond couscous, warm carrot salad and harissa (gf option available)
  • Stuffed Flatbreads – gorgeous parsley and cumin stuffed flatbread (gf option available)
  • Lemon and almond cake with coconut cream and berries (gf option available)

  • Korean Gochujang aubergine (or sweet potato) with sesame noodles, pickled cucumber and sticky Korean tofu (gf available)
  • Mungbean and kimchi pancakes with soy ginger dipping sauce (gf)
  • Chocolate brownie with miso caramel, vanilla cream and berries (gf available)
