Baker’s Bites!
Baker’s Bites is offering our delicious Meat Free Mondays meals for collection in Nailsworth and Stroud on every week.
Simply choose and order what you’d like from the weekly options below, and we will have your food ready for you to collect between 5.00 and 6.00pm at either the Crown and Sceptre in Stroud or Natural Cookery School in Nailsworth
NB: PRE ORDER ONLY • COLLECTION ONLY
- All food is made with love and plants while adhering to all government guidelines concerning food safety
- All packaging is biodegradable and suitable for oven, microwave and freezer
- We will send you an email with all the necessary information you will need before the collection day
- The food will need to be reheated.

Monday 25th January
Collection from Natural Cookery School, Nailsworth 5:00 to 6pm

Burns Night
- Vegan haggis with neeps and tatties, braised cabbage and leeks with creamy whisky mustard sauce (gf option available)
- Skirlie oat stuffing with browned onions and thyme ((gf option available)
- Cranachan Erin’s version of the classic Scottish pudding maple oat granola, vegan cream, whisky and British raspberries (frozen of course!)(gf option available)

Taco Night
- Pulled jackfruit carnitas with frijoles negros refritos (refried black beans), quinoa sofrito, soft corn tacos, salsa ranchera, lime and cumin slaw, chipotle mayo and pink pickled onions
- Guacamole freshly made guacamole with tomatoes, shallots and coriander
- Key Lime Pie zingy and creamy lime filling in coconut macaroon crust with whipped cream and raspberry coulis

The Italian Job
- Creamy white bean ragout with cavelo nero, sundried tomato polenta, parsley pesto and winter salad
- Rosemary Focaccia Erin’s famous rosemary focaccia or her damn good gluten free version
- Tiramisu Erin’s version of the Italian classic. Vanilla sponge soaked in boozy coffee kombucha with coconut mascarpone and sprinkled with cacao. (gluten free option available)
