Baker’s Bites!

Baker’s Bites is offering our delicious Meat Free Mondays meals for collection in Nailsworth and Stroud every week.

Once a month or so we are also offering Street Food Fridays! Next date is 27th March for Asian Street Food, head over to the page to see what’s on offer.

Simply choose and order what you’d like from the weekly options below, and we will have your food ready for you to collect between 5.00 and 6.00pm at either the Crown and Sceptre in Stroud or Natural Cookery School in Nailsworth

NB: PRE ORDER ONLY • COLLECTION ONLY

  • All food is made with love and plants while adhering to all government guidelines concerning food safety
  • All packaging is biodegradable and suitable for oven, microwave and freezer
  • We will send you an email with all the necessary information you will need before the collection day
  • The food will need to be reheated.

Monday 8th March

Malaysian Noodle Curry

  • Malaysian noodle curry seasonal vegetables in rich cashew lemongrass turmeric curry sauce with rice noodles with sesame ginger tofu and coconut wild garlic sambal (gf) £10
  • Vietnamese rice paper roll filled with fresh herbs, crunchy veg and mung bean vermicelli served with peanut dipping sauce £2.50
  • Banoffee pie not very Southeast Asian but darn good and it will go down a treat after a Southeastern meal. Classic biscuit base with toffee and banana layers topped with coconut cream and dark chocolate shavings £4.50

Greek Getaway

  • Spring green and wild garlic spanakopita with gigantes in plaki (giant beans in tomato sauce) and crunchy spring salad (gf available)
  • Lagana Greek sesame flatbread (gf available)
  • Baklava walnuts, almonds and pistachios in crispy filo with orange and lemon-scented syrup (gf available)

Baker’s Britsih

  • Breaded celeriac cutlets with rosemary roasted potatoes, minty smashed peas and pickled pink onions.
  • Wild garlic tartar sauce homemade mayonnaise with gherkins, capers, wild garlic and parsley(gf)
  • Rhubarb and custard – roasted rhubarb with vanilla custard, meringues and toasted hazelnuts
