We are living in extraordinary times, but hopefully it’s only temporary. Until we are able to function as a cookery school (and all meet again in the pub!) we bring you… Baker’s Bites!

Baker’s Bites is offering our delicious Meat Free Mondays meals for collection in Nailsworth and Stroud on alternate weeks.

Simply choose and order what you’d like from the weekly options below, and we will have your food ready for you to collect between 5.00 and 6.30pm at the following venues and dates:
Monday 3rd Aug – The Crown & Sceptre, Stroud
Monday 10th – Natural Cookery School, Nailsworth

  • All food is made with love and plants while adhering to all government guidelines concerning food safety
  • All packaging is biodegradable and suitable for oven, microwave and freezer
  • We will send you an email with all the necessary information you will need before the collection day
  • The food will need to be reheated.

  • Summer vegetable tagine with chickpeas, ras el hanout and pomegranate molasses served with apricot and almond couscous (millet option for gluten free), carrots with chermoula and homemade harissa
  • Gorgeous stuffed flatbreads with parsley and spring onion (gf option available)
  • Lemon and almond cake with coconut cream and berries (gf option available)

  • Summer vegetable rendang curry with pineapple and cashew fried rice (gf)
  • Thai sweetcorn fritters with sweet chilli dipping sauce (gf)
  • Coconut creme caramel with coconut crumb and plums (gf )

The Italian Job

  • Caponata Siciliana – rich sweet and sour vegetable stew served with polenta chips and roasted beetroot, fennel and walnut salad with mixed leaves
  • Rosemary focaccia (gf option available)
  • Tiramisu – vanilla sponge fingers, soy mascarpone and boozy coffee kombucha with cacao nibs(gf option available)
