We are living in extraordinary times, but hopefully it’s only temporary. Until we are able to function as a cookery school (and all meet again in the pub!) we bring you… Baker’s Bites!

Baker’s Bites is offering our delicious Meat Free Mondays meals for collection in Nailsworth and Stroud on alternate weeks.

Simply choose and order what you’d like from the weekly options below, and we will have your food ready for you to collect between 5.00 and 6.30pm at the following venues and dates:

Monday 11th May – The Crown & Sceptre, Stroud
Monday 18th May – Natural Cookery School, Nailsworth
Monday 25th May – The Crown & Sceptre, Stroud

NB: PRE ORDER ONLY • COLLECTION ONLY

  • All food is made with love and plants while adhering to all government guidelines concerning food safety
  • All packaging is biodegradable and suitable for oven, microwave and freezer
  • We will send you an email with all the necessary information you will need before the collection day

South American Tango

  • Grilled Portabella mushrooms, courgettes and red onions with Argentinian chimichurri served with Brazilian black beans and Peruvian coleslaw
  • Arepas – Venezuelan corn flatbreads (gluten free)
  • Tres leches cake with fresh berries – South American classic of decadent vanilla sponge cake soaked in sweet caramel syrup and topped with summer berries

Flavours of Morocco

  • Summer vegetable and chickpea tagine with ras el hanout and pomegrante molasses served with apricot and almond couscous and homemade harissa
  • Stuffed flatbreads – gorgeous flatbreads stuffed with herbs, galrlic and spring onion
  • Lemon and almond cake with coconut cream and strawberry coulis

Oriental Delights

  • Tofu and mixed vegetable stir fry in fermented black bean sauce with garlic and ginger greens, and sesame ginger brown rice (GF)
  • Shiitake gyozas – shiitake mushroom and cabbage gyozas with soy ginger dipping sauce (gf option)
  • Coconut creme caramel with coconut crumb, mango coulis and coconut crumb (GF)
