Wellness – 3 day course with Optional Yoga
We’ll show you to how to use locally sourced, organic ingredients to create a selection of seasonal dishes to rebalance your body, and we’ll teach you about fermentation, baking and seed sprouting along the way. Erin will share her expertise in culinary skills, seasonal foods, and combining ingredients with care, giving you all the tools you need to embrace a health-giving diet that’s packed with flavour and goodness.
Our yoga sessions are run by Sharon Jackson at Grace and Glow, a Nailsworth-based yoga studio with a focus on rejuvenation and empowerment.

General Course Details
Recipes will be plant based, gluten free, refined sugar free and vegan

Tea, coffee, herbal tea and fermented beverages will be available throughout the weekend.
Price includes all meals, ingredients, equipment and three yoga sessions. Accommodation is not included, please see our Where to Stay page.
Timings
Friday 3pm to 8:30pm (yoga to start)
Saturday 8:30am to 4pm (yoga in the morning)
Sunday 10am to 3pm (yoga in the morning)

The team at gorgeous yoga studio Grace and Glow have curated a schedule of sessions that resonate with our self-care menu, with a mixture of Hatha and Restorative Yoga to support you through your wellness journey.
Classes will blend traditional yoga poses and creative, intuitive movement patterns, at a steady pace. Expect freedom to play and explore as you move your body and feed your soul; using the breath to invite a softer quality into your movement. Then give yourself permission to slow down, unwind and find your inner glow as we move into a deeply nourishing, restorative practice.
