Fermented Cashew Cheese

If you’ve been lucky enough to have a taste of Erin’s cashew cheese, you know how absolutely delicious small batch artisan vegan cheese can be. Sold as a selection of four varieties.

The cheeses are made with organic Fairtrade cashews and fermented in small batches. Then flavoured for each variety and aged. The cheeses are soft set and creamy. The cheese will need to be refrigerated until eaten but will keep until 12th January and freezes beautifully.

Cashew Cheese Box £32

125g of each
Garlic and herb – the classic boursin style
Mature – nice and tangy for those looking for a punchy cheese
Pink peppercorn and pickled onion – a beautiful mix of peppery onion flavour
Smoked paprika and chipotle – deep smoky flavour with a bit of heat
Dated until 12th January, freezes beautifully.

Festive Nibbles

The nibbles, focaccia and dips freeze well to have on hand for the festive period. If you live in Stroud, don’t be shy we can work something out, just let us know! All of the food is vegan, please specify in notes for gluten free. Last date to order is 18th December.
