Erin teaches residential cookery courses in the heart of the Cotswolds, at the beautiful Abbey Home Farm – just a stone’s throw away from Cirencester. On each of the courses you can learn how to become a natural in the kitchen. That ranges from conquering knife skills and learning about seasonality to pairing home grown ingredients with world flavours. You even get a complete pack of all the recipes to take home with you, to practice over and over.
