Residential Cookery Courses

A residential cookery course is an opportunity to take your culinary skills to the next level.

Erin holds residential cookery courses in the heart of the Cotswolds, cooking at her state-of-the-art kitchen in Nailsworth. Accommodation is included as part of the residential cookery course, at the beautiful Egypt Mill – a luxury Cotswold hotel.

On each of the courses you can learn how to become a natural in the kitchen, cooking healthy and delicious plant based meals. We’ll conquer knife skills and learn about seasonality, as well as pairing home grown ingredients with world flavours. You will also explore methods of fermentation, baking and seed sprouting. The course will give you the tools to embrace a healthy, plant based diet that’s full of flavour.

The retreat cookery courses aren’t all work and no play. Nailsworth is the perfect town to explore. Nestled in the Stroud valleys, it offers a range of independent retailers, beautiful walks and country pubs.

The Veg Table is a collection of recipes taught and cooked for thousands of people every year. 

They’ve got the thumbs up in classes, parties, supper clubs and catered events. Fresh, full of flavour, and inspired by regional cuisine, they showcase a range of cookery techniques and a variety of ways to make meat-free meals tempting and indulgent.
