Trying to eat less meat or just eat more veg? The Veg Table cookery class will jazz up your table with healthy, delicious dishes. We will cover an array of plant-based recipes that inspire you to eat more vegetarian and vegan meals. Join Erin for a day with recipes inspired from her cookbook, The Veg Table. World flavours mixed with seasonal vegetables that help put veg in the centre of the table like it should be.
- Portabella fajitas with Mexican slaw
- Squash and lentil tagine with harrisa
- Sundried tomato polenta with spring vegetable ragu/li>
- Butterbean and spinach filo parcels
- Cauliflower curry with lemon cashew rice
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
