A Very Vegan Christmas

Christmas is coming and we know how to put vegetables in the centre of the table. Learn how to create delicious festive plant based recipes that are bound to impress. This class will give you confidence in the kitchen creating a decadent veggie/vegan Christmas meal for yourself or friends and family members joining you for the feast.
- Shallot and walnut pate on parsnip and thyme crackers
- Whole baked celeriac with kale and walnut pesto
- Carrot and cashew nut roast with whisky marmalade glaze
- Mustard glazed Brussels sprouts
- Rosemary and garlic roast potatoes
- Rich mushroom gravy
- Baklava filled pears with bay custard
Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers... You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
