Food and cooking are at the heart of self-care and wellbeing. This nurturing three-day course blends hands-on cookery lessons with optional restorative yoga sessions, creating space for both nourishment and renewal.
Using locally sourced, organic ingredients, we’ll show you how to prepare a variety of seasonal dishes that support balance in the body and delight the senses. Along the way, you’ll explore fermentation, baking, and seed sprouting, while learning how to combine ingredients with care. Guided by Erin’s expertise in culinary skills and seasonal eating, you’ll gain the confidence to embrace a health-giving diet that’s rich in both flavour and goodness.

Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in pairs in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way. We'll enjoy a shared meal at the end of the class, so please bring a container in case of leftovers. You will be provided with an apron to use for the day and recipe packs to take home. No washing up is necessary as we have someone on hand to take care of that.
All Natural Cookery School classes are suitable for vegans and most for those who are gluten-free. Please add any dietary requirements or allergy information during the checkout process.
