Natural Cookery School recipes are inspired by the season. Classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration, with plenty of added tips and knife skills. You will work in small groups in our teaching kitchen, creating the recipes and tasting along the way.

    What we eat has a major effect on our well being.  In this Nutritionin the Kitchen class, we will discover how small changes in how you eat can make a difference in how you are feeling.   We will have Lucy Kidson, our in house nutritionist, to guide us through the educational aspects of why and how to improve your well being through food then head to the kitchen to put it into practice.
