Spring is just around the corner, but the crops are far from ready. We are now officially entering the hungry gap bring on the leeks, wild garlic and pie!

Hungry Gap Homity Pie

Leek, spring greens and potato pie in flaky wholemeal pastry served with wild garlic pesto, marinated French lentils and salad leaves.

Lime cashew cheesecake with black currant coulis (black currants are frozen, but from my garden!)
